PeepTrade University Challenge

The University of Chicago Math Building, Room 112 5727 South University Avenue Chicago, IL 60637

On Saturday, December 3rd, Peeptrade and The University of Chicago will host an event that will determine the winner of the Peeptrade University Challenge. Competing graduate universities include The University of Chicago, Princeton University, London Business School, Georgetown University, University of North Carolina, Dartmouth College, and INSEAD. The program allows investors to see how investment clubs from top universities manage real portfolios with real money in real time, completely free of charge. While Peeptrade’s leadership team originally designed the program to celebrate the company’s transition to a platform free of fees, the company has decided to continue the program next year. Students from across the world will meet in Chicago to present and defend their investments to a panel of experts. The panel will look, among other metrics, at execution of strategy, performance metrics, and risk compliance. After all the presentations, have finished, the panel will determine the winning team and announce which university had the best investment strategy. For this challenge, Peeptrade partnered with WeSolv, a platform aimed at connecting talented graduate students with top companies. WeSolv will connect participants to companies for recruiting and future project purposes
