Data Simply uses machine intelligence to see insights from unstructured data (words) to solve the hardest problems in business. We've trained our proprietary semantic engine to give financial professionals an information advantage. We analyze large volumes of words in company SEC filings, turning that into actionable financial signals. It lets you easily get beyond the numbers. Now analysts see what to focus on, bankers know their clients faster, and asset managers can be proactive. More broadly, our engine can be used to mine words in other types of documents for risk management and related outcomes. Developed by our team with deep financial services and engineering expertise, the technology is used by some of biggest financial firms in the world.
Using our Syrah API, you can easily know the latest material disclosures and updates from company SEC filings in a way that is interpreted like a financial analyst. This lets you know the good and bad things happening with the companies and tickers you track without having to read each of the 20+ million documents in this database, and get updates as they are published. We take the filings and programmatically add financial meta tags representing the underlying meaning of the document (good, bad, neutral but important information). We also measure the frequency with which these meta tags are found. In addition, we include identifier data related to the filing that describes the company and ticker, so you can easily integrate it with your systems. We have broad coverage and very frequent data updates. The Syrah API includes data on a one day delay. See our site for other API options including more frequent data updates.
