The MarketReader API provides a websocket stream of insights as they’re published (updated throughout the day) as well as REST endpoints to query what happened in the past to bring clear insight to your charts. The API is also a powerful repository of knowledge for Financial Chat Bots that want to be able to answer client questions with real time knowledge of what is happening within historical context.
Offering: The API is divided by asset type.
- US Equities Stream: covers all listed US Stocks/ETFs/ADRs with 12,000 assets in the universe and about 6,000 assets written about each day.
- Macro Stream: covers ETFs, macro instruments such as currencies, indexes, fixed income, commodities, and major crypto pairs. This stream also includes a broad macro overview of what macro events have happened globally over the past 24 hours that have moved markets. Additionally, it includes preview coverage of upcoming global data releases/events (FOMC announcements, CPI, etc.), as well as post-event analysis.
